"Martin's intake of our Scanning job was quick and I submitted a detailed form by email. He referred us to 2 Scanning Services to digitize file folders of company records (non-medical). Both Scanning companies contacted me within a few hours; however, neither company seemed to have a record of the intake details I sent to Martin. I had to re-explain everything about the proposed work. In addition, the first company never followed up with a Quote based on our phone conversation. It's a moot point, because after speaking to the other choice, I went with them, but I did find it odd that I never got that Quote."
